Good afternoon all,
Thank you to all that attended the meeting.
Last meeting before the reunion.
Transporting of various items from family and freinds to begin on Monday july 1.
If anyone has tables, chairs, benches, canopies and coolers please bring them to Tia Reggie's ASAP or call and we can arrange for pick up.
Also on July 1st
Possibly making flower arrangements at Julie's
Time to be determined.
Thursday July 4 transporting last minute items, decorating and set up to begin at 8am
Reunion taking place July 5. & 6 1pm
Guesstimate 100 - 150 family members attending.
Ronald will be proving his Music Services on
Friday 5 and Saturday 6. Thank you
Fire works are optional no restrictions at this time. Bring your own.

I’m starting a NEW thread with this email, this is all the info currently. Please spread the news!! I have not received any new email addresses from anyone, and I also will post this info on the website and the private FaceBook page. I am hoping and confident that you are all spreading this to your families and anyone else in the family without internet access. it is greatly appreciated!!!
RSVP’s must be put in by June 1 by all attending family members, I had recommended in the beginning that each main siblings family should have a representative, for example I, Anthony Lopez am acting as Sarita’s Rep, now would be a good time for each of the siblings houses to find a rep, just a suggestion, to pass along info to your family and pass info back to us that are helping Tia Regi organize the reunion. It is encouraged that each house invite whoever they want to the reunion, include them on your house’s RSVP numbers.
We ask that you let us know how many are coming and on which days so we can get a ball park figure so we can plan on the meals a little more accurately. Those that RSVP to me I will be taking record per Siblings house:

T-shirts: Adult t-shirts will be $18, and youths $15. Sizes and quantities to be turned in NO Later than May 30, Payment between June 5-10, please send payment to Francine Lopez @ Cashapp: $Mondragon2016, or PayPal: francinelmondragon T-shirt design is attached. T-shirt will will be royal blue with red and white lettering.

Tables, Chairs, and Tent/Canopies: Tia Regi is going to ask the Penasco Parish about tables and chairs, more news on this to come. It is recommended that everyone can bring what they can as far as tables, chairs , and tents/canopies.

Anyone who has a horse shoe set up and some corn hole set ups please bring them. Also bring any games for the kids that you would like to share.

There will be some flower arrangement for each of the siblings that Cathy, Debbie, and Juliet are working out.

Cathy is suppling decorations and balloons.

We will be starting at 1pm by setting up and then going into the reunion activities. Each family will be required to bring enough hamburgers and hotdogs to grill to feed each of their families, bring buns and side dishes/chips also. Also bring your own deserts. Bring your fireworks for the evening too. We will also be using all the Bush Beans we had from last year.
July 5 Friday
Start time is 1pm
Frito Pies/Pizza
Me and Lyle will have two big roasters with beans. We may need 2 more volunteers for beans. And we need some volunteers do Chile, Fritos, toppings. Please bring your own deserts and whatever else you would like to share with everyone. Debbie and Juliet are coordinating the Pizzas and we should more info on that soon.
July 6 Saturday

So I know everyone is gonna want to know about how much they need to pitch in, etc…. If you have any questions or concerns please email me or your family Rep and we willl get you the answers, but right now it looks like you will have to pitch in for the Pizza, Rudy’s, and o the T-shirts if you wish to obtain one. :-)
Forgive me if I missed anything, I’m trying to streamline this for you all, it is a work in progress and I’m typing with one hand basically at the moment.

Hello all, so Juliet sent an email last evening, those of you if you can shed some answers to her questions would be greatly appreciated.
Tents, chairs, and tables=. I’m bringing the canopy/tent that I have and about 4 fold up chairs, I know these aspects were talked about, but looking back at my notes I didn’t put anything down about them, sorry about that, Lyle and Deb do you remember any of the specifics on this subject??

As far as the Bush Beans, my recommendation is we use them on the first night with Hamburger/Hotdogs. Then it would limit everyone having to bring a side dish.
Ronald went out to Rudy’s and got info for the catering for Saturday July 6, will be $22 a head, they will deliver and do a 1 hour set up, Lyle forwarded this information via email to all who are participating in the mass email.
Cathy Williams will be providing balloons and decorations.
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE PASS THE INFO ALONG AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THAT WE HAVE EVERYONE RSVP!!!

UPDATE!!!!

First off I’d like to thank Lyle for spreading the news for the May 4 meeting and setting up a Teams chat. I’ve been dealing with my shoulder surgery and didn’t get around for emailing or posting about the meeting, my bad and apologies.
So here is new information for the Reunion.

Hello to everyone, during yesterday's meeting, we went over the agenda. On July 4th (Thursday) we decided to have this day for setting up canopies, tables and chairs. tentatively this was the day we had in mind to set up, due to some people having to work on the 3rd of July.
Daily Schedule: July 4th we will meet at tia Regi's house to set up canopies, tables and chairs, and whatever else needs to be done before our Family Reunion on July 5th.
Start time for setting up will be at 1pm - following after set up we will have a cookout which we'll have burgers and hotdogs/dessert, marshmellow roast? Our start time for the 5th and the 6th will be at 1pm to organize food set up, and start serving at 2pm or earlier. Meals for dinner will follow the same as for lunch, no changes on food.
On July 7th will be cleaning up and clearing canopies, tables etc.
Drop off food/supply will be, between the 2 houses and from there people will drive down to park on the lower field as Anthony sent a map of where to park. this will eliminate traffic going nto the first driveway. We do want to have volunteers to help out guiding traffic to use the second driveway. This will be throughout the two days, also we will put signs at the start of the driveways to let people know where to park or drop off food/supplies.

Our theme for the Reunion, we came up with a few ideas: Pacheco's Stars and stripes Family Reunion, Red, White & Blue Family Reunion, if anyone else has other ideas please give your ideas , anything that has to do with 4th of July.
We will discuss more at our next and final meeting on May 4th at Geneva & Victor's residence at 12pm, we ask that we have more family at our next meeting. We will make our final menu at that time. Open for more ideas. We came up with some ideas such as on Friday having chicken, ribs, potatoe salad, macaroni salad, etc. Saturday: Frito pies/sandwiches, desserts, etc.
Activities will be discussed on a later date when we meet on May 4th.
Also, on our first mini meeting in early February Juliet and myself brought up an idea, maybe getting t-shirts for our reunion. Let us know what you all think.

Hello All!
I have another update,
There is going to be a family meeting at Geneva and Victor Dominguez’s home on Saturday March 16 at noon. All are invited but I do ask that at least one Child of each of the siblings show up.
So please get together with each of your families and figure out who you want to send to the meeting, but all are welcomed.
Thing are starting to develop a little quicker, please bring or send your ideas to the family meeting!

Hello family! I just talked to Tia Regi and she gave me some new information.
The Reunion is going to start on Wednesday, July 3, at noon, it will be basically a setup day, setting up tents, camps, etc... and everyone is invited to come and help and start enjoying the reunion. They will be snacking during set up and in the evening it will be Hotdogs and Hamburgers, and basically side dishes. All family members are encouraged to invite anyone they think is important to them and to come be part of the reunion.
The reunion will go on through Saturday, and that day will be the tear-down and pack-up time.
Also please direct all your family members to the website for information also, spread the work, keep everyone in the loop! Thanks!!!

Bear with the Construction of the website, it is still in development and will be changing as I design it, but info will still be put up as it comes to me. As of today Feb. 24, information is still being discussed and being developed.
I will have my band come down to perform on a couple of the days of the reunion, I will have a PA system set up so if anyone else would like to take part of the scheldule and do any kind of performance musically, or storytelling, please email me your ideas and I will pass it along and we'll get you up the "stage".
Ideas for menus are being discussed right now, I think right now one of the ideas is Hotdogs/Brawts day. Please send me your ideas for menus.
This year all the children of the main syblings will be providing the food and drinks for the reunion, more information on this to come!
Also send your ideas for any other activities you all would like to do to make the reunion more fun and interesting!
